The University of Victoria Commerce Students’ Society has recognized this increasing trend and has thus created a three day conference centered on improving leadership skills and providing a solid foundation for the leaders of tomorrow.

The Fifth Annual University of Victoria Leadership Conference (UVLC) will provide an environment that empowers, challenges, and engages participants to reach their full potential and succeed in the ever-changing business environment.

UVLC will guide emerging leaders on a personal journey to discover their goals, skills, aspirations, and strengths. This unique interactive learning experience will help students to identify their leadership style, while acquiring the skills and knowledge necessary to compete in the current and future Canadian business environment.
